In the case of a last minute booking for 1-2 nights the property may additionally request the identity ofthe guests. If these are not provided the property may cancel the booking without refund. If the host is abused or harrassed by guests wanting an early check in or is made to feel uncomfortable by the guest, then the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
In order to prevent parties and disruption to the neighbours; we have now installed a device that detects the number of people in the property, whether smoking is taking place in the property and whether the noise level is excessive during the stated quiet times. This is linked to a guarding service who will visit the property if the rules are broken. If guards visit, guests may be asked to leave or be removed from the property. This would be without refund andcosts for the guarding service would be passed to the guest. If the device is interfered with, broken or removed that will result in removal from the property and associated costs being passed to the guest.
