Ye Olde Fighting Cocks - Arnside

The family-run Ye Olde Fighting Cocks isbeside the Kent estuary in the picturesque village of Arnside, officially named an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The beer garden boasts views of the Lake District’s mountains and the estuary, as well as offering free on-site parking.

Most of the bedrooms offer views across the Kent estuary and the mountains within the Lake District.

The Fighting Cocks’ on-site bar features a wood-burning fireplace and offers a variety of traditional beers, lagers and wines. There are 2 on-site restaurants serving traditional home-cooked food. There is a SkyBT Sports area showing live action.

Arnside Rail Station is just 350 meters from the property and junction 35 of the M6 is less than 8 miles away. The start of the Lake District National Park is just a 5 minute train journey.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:30.

Disability access Suite - Wet Room. This suite ison the ground floor with no steps but has a parking space outside the suite. The suite also includes a large wet room with helping handles, a King bed or 2 singles. A seating area, free toiletries, and hairdryer. Further facilities include a flat-screen TV, complementary teacoffee facilities and ironing facilities. Dogs can be accommodated in this room. ;
Luxury Suite with Estuary View - No Pets. Front facing suite with a King bed and view of the Estuary and provided binoculars. Suite offers a seating area, private en-suite with bath and over shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer.
